In the early hours of August 8, 2008, the life of Shawn Lamont Weaver, a 38-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. At approximately 2:00 a.m., he was found at 1000 Shellbanks Road, having sustained gunshot wounds. Emergency services transported him to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center, but his injuries proved to be fatal.
