Lawrence Price, a 73-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on October 4, 2018. Price was shot while driving on Liberty Heights Avenue near Eldorado Avenue around midnight. According to reports, he was giving a family friend a ride home when a suspect pulled up next to them, possibly started an argument, and then shot into Price's car.
