Enrique M. Parker’s last evening began like so many others in Baltimore, until a call for help pulled patrol officers into the Northwest District. On October 24, 2018, at about 8:56 p.m., police were dispatched to the 2700 block of Garrison Boulevard for a report of a shooting. When they arrived, they found Parker suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. He was rushed to a hospital, but despite medical efforts he was pronounced dead.
