Terrell Singleton, a 46-year-old Black man, was killed on December 12, 2018, in East Baltimore. That evening, police were called to the 2500 block of E. Biddle Street, where they found him struck by multiple gunshots. He was rushed to Johns Hopkins Hospital, but he did not survive his wounds.
