Ikeem Isaac, a 28-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on January 1, 2019. The incident occurred at approximately 4:25 p.m. while Isaac was walking in the 4900 block of Frederick Avenue. Witnesses reported seeing a suspect flee the scene in a silver Honda.
