In the midst of a violent stretch in Baltimore, Maryland, 27-year-old Justin Forney, a Black male, lost his life on Thursday, February 21, 2019. The incident that claimed Forney's life was a double shooting that also wounded a 27-year-old woman. The two were together in the 5100 block of Chalgrove Avenue in the Central Park Heights neighborhood when the shooting occurred.
