Trevor Frazier, a 24-year-old resident of Frederick, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on April 7, 2019, in Capitol Heights, Maryland. The incident occurred around 12:15 a.m. in the 5000 block of Fable Street. Frazier was found at the scene suffering from gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead shortly thereafter. Alongside him, 26-year-old Raymond Giles, also from Frederick, was discovered with gunshot wounds and later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
