Death by Force

West Cager, a 41-year-old man, was tragically killed on April 23, 2019, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred in the Penrose/Fayette Street Outreach neighborhood of West Baltimore. At approximately 10:32 p.m., officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 300 block of North Pulaski Street. Upon arrival, they found Cager suffering from gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
