Dione Maurice Solomon, a 29-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on July 1, 2017. On that fateful Saturday afternoon, Solomon was found shot inside a white car on E. Chase Street. The incident occurred around 3:50 p.m., and when police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Solomon with multiple gunshot wounds.
