On a summer evening in 2017, the life of 56-year-old Ronnie Banks was tragically cut short in a West Baltimore convenience store. The male victim was inside the store, located on North Cary Street, on July 4th when he was shot in the upper body. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, Banks succumbed to his injuries.
