In Ellicott City, Maryland, a young man's life was tragically cut short on the evening of June 1, 2019. Jacob Robert Mauer, a 20-year-old male, was fatally shot while sitting in a parked car. The incident occurred in the 4200 block of Montgomery Road just before 10 p.m.
