Alex Ramirez Garcia, a 37-year-old resident of Gwynn Oak, Maryland, tragically lost his life on January 17, 2024, following a shooting incident in Ellicott City, Maryland. Garcia was working as a private snow plow driver, clearing the parking lot of a Montessori school located in the 4400 block of Montgomery Road when the incident occurred.
