Manuel "Manny" Luis, a 19-year-old student at Morgan State University, was tragically killed on July 11, 2019, in Baltimore, Maryland. Luis, originally from Hyattsville, was a business major at the Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management. He was known for his positive attitude, helpful nature, and dedication to his studies and baseball team at Parkdale High School, from which he had graduated the previous year.
