On a cold December evening in Baltimore, Maryland, the life of Terry Anthony Griffin was tragically cut short. On December 22, 2016, at approximately 6:25 p.m., the 41-year-old Black male was found in the 2400 block of Eutaw Street, the victim of a fatal shooting.

Emergency services responded to the scene, but Griffin’s injuries were too severe. The cause of his death was determined to be a shooting. The circumstances surrounding the incident and a motive for the shooting have not been ...
