On a Wednesday evening in Baltimore, Maryland, the life of 21-year-old Donnell Brockington was tragically cut short. On November 13, 2019, Brockington was on the 2600 block of McElderry Street when he was gunned down in what prosecutors would later describe as an execution-style murder. An autopsy revealed he had suffered twelve gunshot wounds.
