Shawnna D. Spann, a 28-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost her life on May 7, 2020. Shawnna, affectionately known as "Poo-Poo," was born on November 17, 1991, at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.
