Tai Armani Hilliard, a 23-year-old resident of Lanham, Maryland, tragically lost her life on May 8, 2020, in a case of murder-suicide. The incident occurred late at night at a residence on Walkerton Drive, where Hilliard lived with her family. According to the Prince George's County Police Department, the suspect, identified as 54-year-old Kevin Darryl Ballard, fatally shot Hilliard before turning the weapon on himself.
