Deborah Armstrong, a 71-year-old resident of Bladensburg, Maryland, tragically lost her life on August 18, 2022, in Lanham, Maryland. Armstrong was an unintended victim of a gun battle that erupted between two vehicles along Martin Luther King Jr. Highway and Business Parkway. As she was riding in a car with her family, including her husband, a stray bullet struck her. Despite the family's efforts to rush her to a hospital, she was pronounced dead upon arrival.
