Collin Michael Flannigan, a 23-year-old resident of Annapolis, Maryland, tragically lost his life on May 15, 2020, after being shot on May 13, 2020. The incident occurred in the 1100 block of Madison Street around 3:10 p.m. when Annapolis Police Department officers responded to a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, they found Flannigan suffering from serious gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to a local hospital for treatment but succumbed to his injuries two days later.
