In the quiet suburban landscape of Columbia, Maryland, a story of profound loss and a lengthy quest for justice began to unfold on the night of July 31, 2020. Rabiah Ahmad, a 30-year-old female, was inside a residence on Dovecote Drive when the tranquility of the evening was shattered by the sound of multiple gunshots.
