Victoria Ann Santiago, aged 47, was tragically found dead on June 23, 2021, in a parking garage in Columbia, Maryland. Responding to a report of an unresponsive woman in a vehicle, Howard County Police discovered Santiago with a gunshot wound. She was immediately transported to Howard County General Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
