Thurman Gilliam, a 24-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically found dead on August 16, 2020. The incident occurred at approximately 4:49 a.m. on the 4900 block of Goodnow Road in Northeast Baltimore. Gilliam's death was the result of a shooting, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Born on March 10, 1996, Thurman was the son of the late Charles Gilliam and Thomasine Rhone. He received his education from the Baltimore City Public School System.
