Dajuan Payne, a 35-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on October 24, 2020. The incident occurred around 9:51 p.m. in the 2900 block of Oakley Avenue. Payne was found by police officers suffering from gunshot wounds and was immediately transported to a nearby hospital.
