On December 9, 2024, at approximately 10:46 a.m., Baltimore Police responded to a reported shooting in the 4000 block of West Belvedere Avenue in Northwest Baltimore. Upon arrival, officers discovered 25-year-old K'von McDowell suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to an area hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
