Dominique Demetric Whitby, a 24-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on September 10, 2020. Whitby was found at approximately 12:02 a.m. on the 3100 block of Independence Street in Baltimore. He was one of the victims in a double fatal shooting, which also claimed the life of another 24-year-old, Deion Jenkins. The cause of death for both individuals was determined to be gunshot wounds.
