On December 7, 2024, at approximately 10:40 p.m., Baltimore Police Department's Southwest District patrol officers responded to a reported shooting in the 1000 block of Wicklow Road. Upon arrival, they discovered 56-year-old Garrison M. Warren Jr. suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body. Medics pronounced him deceased at the scene.
