Pedro Chesley, a 20-year-old Army reservist from Baltimore, MD, was tragically shot and killed on November 21, 2020, in the Edmondson Village neighborhood of West Baltimore. Chesley, who had a promising future ahead of him, was gunned down alongside his girlfriend, Diamond Davis, who was 21 years old.
