On a November night in 2020, the life of 20-year-old Pedro Chesley was cut short in a burst of gunfire in the Edmondson Village neighborhood of West Baltimore. Chesley, a male Army reservist with a promising future, was with his longtime girlfriend, 21-year-old Diamond Davis, on the 700 block of Grantley Avenue when the attack occurred on November 21st.
