Timothy Eugene Francis, a 50-year-old detective with the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) in Washington, D.C., was tragically found dead on November 27, 2020, in his home in Waldorf, Maryland. Francis, who had served with the MPD for 20 years, was discovered alongside his wife, Christina Lynn Francis, 41, in what authorities determined to be a murder-suicide.
