Kandeon Meisha Niravanh, aged 24, tragically lost her life on January 21, 2021, in Waldorf, Maryland. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when officers responded to reports of gunshots and an open door at a residence on Hanover Court. Upon arrival, they discovered Kandeon Niravanh and another victim, Genesis Garrett, 22, both deceased with apparent gunshot wounds to the upper body.
