Frankye Duckett, a 49-year-old MTA Mobility bus driver, was tragically shot and killed on January 29, 2021, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred at approximately 5:07 p.m. when Baltimore Police officers responded to a shooting at the 4400 block of Moravia Road.
