Pierre Daye, an 18-year-old resident of White Oak, Maryland, tragically lost his life on March 24, 2021, as a result of a shooting incident. The incident occurred late at night, and police were alerted to the sounds of gunfire in the 1500 block of November Circle. Upon arrival, officers discovered two victims, Pierre Daye and 25-year-old Brian Waters, who had both sustained gunshot wounds.
