Brian Waters, a 25-year-old resident of Burtonsville, Maryland, tragically lost his life on March 24, 2021, in White Oak, Maryland. The incident occurred late at night when police responded to reports of gunshots in the 1500 block of November Circle. Upon arrival, officers discovered Brian Waters suffering from a gunshot wound.
