Jaquan Purvis, a 37-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot on April 2, 2019, at approximately 10:40 PM in the 1400 block of West Fayette Street. Despite receiving medical attention, Purvis succumbed to his injuries on May 23, 2021.
