Hilber Martinez-Velasquez, aged 20, tragically lost his life on June 5, 2021, in a shooting incident at an apartment complex in East Riverdale, Maryland. The Prince George’s County police identified Hilber Martinez-Velasquez and another victim, Jose Velasquez Lemos, also 20, as the individuals killed in this incident.
