Anthony Yelverton, a 33-year-old resident of Hyattsville, MD, tragically lost his life on October 26, 2021. The incident occurred in the 1000 block of Atlee Drive, where Yelverton was found inside a home suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite being rushed to a local hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. The preliminary investigation revealed that the shooting resulted from an argument between Yelverton and the suspect, Christopher Daniel Butler, who was known to the victim.
