Christopher Brooks, a 23-year-old resident of Baltimore County, Maryland, was tragically killed in a shooting on the evening of October 29, 2021. The incident occurred just southwest of Leakin Park, in the 1200 block of Stamford Road. Police responded to reports of gunfire around 6 p.m. and found Brooks deceased at the scene. The investigation revealed that Brooks lived in the 600 block of Brisbane Road.
