Phillip Holloway, a 30-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on October 1, 2018. On that fateful morning, officers from the Southwest District of the Baltimore Police Department responded to a shooting incident in the 3000 block of Belmont Avenue, located in the Rosemont neighborhood. Upon arrival, they discovered Phillip Holloway with multiple gunshot wounds to his head and torso. Despite the prompt arrival of medics, Holloway was pronounced dead at the scene.
