In the early morning hours of October 30, 2021, the life of 25-year-old Romeo Franklin of District Heights, Maryland, was tragically cut short in Temple Hills. Police responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 4:30 a.m. in the 3800 block of 28th Avenue. Upon their arrival, they discovered Franklin on a sidewalk, suffering from gunshot wounds.
