Death by Force

Marta Merina, a 33-year-old resident of Trappe, Maryland, was tragically found dead from a gunshot wound on December 24, 2021. The incident occurred early in the morning, shortly after 6:15 a.m., when police responded to a call at the 2900 block of Howell Point Road in Trappe. Upon arrival, officers discovered Merina outside her home, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of emergency medical personnel, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
