Charles Louis Nevils, a 33-year-old man from Los Angeles, was tragically shot and killed on April 9, 2016. The incident occurred in the Vermont Knolls neighborhood, specifically in the 6400 block of South Vermont Avenue. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, the shooting happened around 11:30 a.m. outside a liquor store.
