Ikemefuna Justin Eguh, a 23-year-old Towson University student, was tragically shot and killed on January 11, 2022. Known to his friends and family as Justin, Eguh was a senior majoring in exercise science and was close to completing his degree. He was also an aspiring music artist, recording under the name "Jigavelii" since 2019. The incident occurred outside the Altus Apartments at 22 West Susquehanna Avenue, where Eguh resided.
