Yahmell Montague, aged 37, tragically lost his life on May 12, 2022, in a drive-by shooting in East Baltimore. Montague and Angel Morgan Heather Smith, a pregnant woman, were sitting in a car in the 300 block of East 23rd Street when another vehicle approached, and someone inside opened fire.
