In the early hours of January 2, 2024, the life of 16-year-old Noah Gibson was tragically cut short, marking Baltimore's first homicide of the new year. A student at Carver Vocational-Technical High School, Noah was a Black male who had just celebrated his birthday the month prior. His mother described him as a 'good kid' with a passion for cooking and basketball.
