Donte Moore, a 21-year-old resident of Fort Washington, Maryland, tragically lost his life on the evening of May 24, 2022. The incident occurred shortly after 9 p.m. when officers were dispatched to the 8100 block of Bernard Drive following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered Moore inside a vehicle, having sustained a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
