Do you know who murdered Carey S. Bush? In the autumn of 2013, the life of Carey Scott Bush, a 42-year-old male, was tragically cut short in Louisville, Kentucky. On the evening of November 5th, police were called to his apartment on Hickman Avenue, located near Camp Taylor Elementary School. Inside, Bush was found unresponsive and was quickly transported to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Investigators believe that he was the victim of a homicide.
The investigation into his death revealed that two men were seen leaving his apartment around the time of the incident. These individuals reportedly fled the scene in Bush's own vehicle, which was later discovered abandoned approximately two miles away. The car was processed for any potential evidence that could lead to the identification of the suspects.
Based on witness accounts, police were able to provide descriptions of the two persons of interest. One was described as a Black male, around 5 feet 6 inches tall, between 18 and 22 years of age, with a short, faded haircut. The second individual was also described as a Black male, approximately the same height, and in his late 20s. With the assistance of a sketch artist, a composite sketch of the second suspect was created and released to the public in the hopes of generating leads. Despite these efforts and some initial tips, the identities of the suspects remained unknown at the time of the initial reports, and no immediate arrests were made in the case.
