Phyllis Campobasso Cook Senn, aged 56, tragically lost her life on October 12, 1995, in Blackville, South Carolina. Initially, it was believed that she had suffered a heart attack, but an autopsy later revealed that she had been fatally shot. Phyllis was a teacher at Blackville-Hilda High School, and her death occurred during a school shooting perpetrated by a suspended student, Toby Sincino.
