Lance Corporal Dana Lyle Tate, aged 44, tragically lost his life on January 8, 2002, in Burton, South Carolina. He was a dedicated member of the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office and a U.S. Navy veteran. On that fateful day, Lance Corporal Tate and Corporal Dyke "A.J."
