Benjamin Campbell, a 61-year-old resident of Burton, South Carolina, was found dead on the side of Stanley Farm Road on the morning of September 27, 2016. A forensic autopsy performed at the Medical University of South Carolina the following day determined that Campbell had died from multiple gunshot wounds.
