Death by Force

State Constable Robert Lee Bailey, aged 67, was tragically killed on May 14, 2007, in Lincolnville, South Carolina. Constable Bailey was conducting a routine vehicle stop on Greenwood Street when he was shot and killed. Witnesses reported hearing gunfire, and radio contact with Bailey was lost shortly thereafter.
