Robert Deziel, a 25-year-old resident of Summerville, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on February 9, 2014, in what was initially reported as a robbery attempt. According to reports, Deziel approached a homeowner, Charles Petit, in the early hours of the morning, armed with a stun gun disguised as a cellphone. The confrontation occurred as Petit was walking to his car. Deziel allegedly attempted to rob Petit, leading to a struggle between the two men.
